Queer-Affirming Therapy, Assessment,
& Coaching in Pasadena, CA
You deserve care that understands the whole picture.
We're Rachel and Katie, two queer and neurodivergent clinicians who believe good care starts with curiosity, not assumptions.
We offer therapy, neuropsychological assessment, and executive functioning support for teens, adults, and partners, with a focus on queer identity, religious trauma, relationships, and neurodivergence in Pasadena and throughout CA.
Care that makes room for the whole you.
Queer-affirming
Your identity isn't something we need to fix, explain away, or make smaller.
Neurodiversity-affirming
We want to understand how your brain works—not force it to work like everyone else's.
Trauma-informed
Your responses make sense in context. We'll get curious about the why, not just the what.
Collaborative
We're the clinicians, but you're the expert on your own life.
You don’t have to leave parts of yourself at the door.

I'm considered an out of network provider. However, depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to use your out-of-network (OON) benefits for partial reimbursement.
After each session, I provide a superbill, a detailed receipt with the codes your insurance needs, which you submit directly to your insurer. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, but many clients get back a meaningful portion of session costs.
I use Thrizer to run a real-time check of your out-of-network benefits so you know what to expect before committing. Just reach out and I can look that up for you.
